Eat More Fruit

Healthy tip for the day: start today off right with a piece of fruit. Eating a whole piece of fruit (including the peel!) provides lots of fiber and vitamins, keeps your blood sugar from spiking, increases your dental health, and satisfies your sweet tooth (eliminating the need for all that sugar in your coffee!). Drinking fruit juice isn’t the same.

Go get an apple and have a great day making progress toward your healthy goals!
