I am almost ashamed of my body’s cravings for junk food. The weird thing is that they happen when I’m exercising!
It’s like when you are praying and fasting for a spiritual reason – that’s when the devil goes to work on you even harder than he normally does!
Anyway, today while I was working out, I suddenly had this strong urge to eat chocolate ice cream, drink a Dr. Pepper, and eat one of those terrible burritos you get at the gas station. Do you know the ones I’m talking about? The ones that make you feel like you need to go lie down afterward?
Just keep exercising and drinking water until those weird cravings go away. That’s my remedy. Happy Friday, all!
