Here’s the second of our favorite bean main dishes: White Chicken Chili.
2 Cups chicken, cooked and cubed
2 cans garbanzo beans (chick peas)
3 cans Northern beans, undrained
1 small can green chilis
3 1/2 Cups chicken broth
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 Cup white onion, diced
1 1/2 Cups green peppers, diced
Throw it all in the crockpot for a few hours on low. It’s usually better the longer it sits. This feeds an army, so make room in your freezer for leftovers!
